Privacy notice — Master Trainer Training
This application delivers the GoodBoost Master Trainer training course to YPT trainers. It is operated by YOUR Personal Training (YPT).
What we collect
- Your identity: name and work email address (provided by your YPT admin).
- Your training activity: which lessons you have opened, and when.
- Your quiz attempts: the questions served, your answers, scores, and pass/fail outcomes.
Why we collect it
These records evidence your competency as a Master Trainer — they are your training record and support YPT's delivery obligations to Good Boost.
How long we keep it
Training records are retained until you make a written erasure request to YPT. On request, your identity is removed and anonymised attempt statistics are kept.
Who processes it
Supabase (database and sign-in, UK region), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Sentry (error monitoring, with personal data scrubbed).
